Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Tomato
  • 600-800 g Chicken filet
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 18-24 Shashlik skewers

Directions

    Cut the avocados in half, remove the stones. Remove the flesh from the skin and crush finely with a fork. Stir in lemon juice. Peel garlic and chop finely. Season avocadomus with garlic, salt and pepper, mix well.

    Wash, clean and dice the tomato. Arrange the guacamole in a bowl and sprinkle with the tomato cubes. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut lengthwise into thin strips (approx. 30 g each).

    Put each strip wavy on a skewer and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the saté skewers in portions on each side for 2-3 minutes. Serve the guacamole with the saté skewers.
