Put the pasta in boiling salted water and cook for about 10 minutes. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the minced meat for about 3 minutes. Clean and wash the zucchini and peppers and cut them into small pieces.
Peel and chop the onion. Add vegetables and onion to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the noodles and mix into the minced meat. Mix noodles and half of the cheese. Grease a large ovenproof dish.
Add the pasta mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Spread butter in flakes on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: level 4) for 15 minutes. Serve garnished with basil. Serve with tomato ketchup or salsa.
