Wash the coriander, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Wash the chilli. Halve 1 chilli pepper lengthwise, remove seeds and dice flesh roughly. Halve the avocado, remove the seeds and peel the flesh.
Finely puree milk, avocado, coriander, except for something to garnish, chilli cubes and lime juice. Season to taste with salt and ##tabasco##. Arrange in glasses and garnish with chilli, ##coriander## and Tabasco.
