Mix icing sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and let the sugar mixture trickle in.
Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Select the raspberries, wash if necessary and drain well. Mix the fruits, mash half of them.
Meringue droplets, up to 4 for decoration, crumble coarsely. Layer the puree, cream, berries and meringue pieces in four glasses or a large bowl. Decorate with the remaining meringue drops.
