Smoked salmon with cucumber salad

  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 400 g smoked salmon (from the middle piece)
  • 2 stem(s) Dill
  • 1 TABLESPOON medium hot mustard
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 1 TABLESPOON Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon

Directions

    Wash the cucumber and cut into small cubes. Cut salmon from the skin, also cut into cubes. Wash and chop the dill. Mix mustard, honey and dill. Refine with crème fraîche. Season with a few drops of lemon juice. Turn the prepared cubes in it and serve garnished with lemon
