Cut the bacon into fine strips. Heat the oil in a pan and leave the bacon in it for 7-8 minutes until crisp. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions.
In the meantime, mix eggs and cream in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the spaghetti and collect 4-5 tablespoons of hot pasta water. Mix the pasta water, spaghetti and bacon immediately into the egg mixture.
Season to taste again with salt and pepper if necessary. Arrange noodles on plates. Serve sprinkled with parmesan.
