Cook spaghetti in salted water for about 10 minutes. Clean and wash the tomatoes. Dice ham and tomatoes
Drain the pasta. Heat the oil. Fry the noodles, ham and tomato in it while turning. Whisk egg and 2-3 tbsp. water and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the noodles and allow to set. Sprinkle with parsley and chives.
