Spaghetti with garlic cream

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 200 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 g frozen peas
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 50 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 3 TABLESPOONS grated parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Add peas 5 minutes before the end of cooking time. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Peel garlic and chop finely. Cut bacon into strips and leave to drain in a pot. Add spring onions and garlic and fry briefly.

    Stir in cream. Drain noodles and peas and add to the sauce. Sprinkle with about 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese. Mix everything loosely. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Put the pasta on a preheated plate and serve sprinkled with the rest of the Parmesan cheese
