Wash the pumpkin, quarter it and remove the seeds. Cut pumpkin into small pieces. Peel onions and garlic and chop finely. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly.
Add onions and garlic, season with salt, pepper, curry and thyme. Add tomatoes and pumpkin. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 8 minutes. Prepare spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package instructions, drain.
Pumpkin mince sauce again season to taste. Arrange spaghetti and sauce on plates, sprinkle with parmesan and possibly thyme.
