Spaghetti with young spinach and wild garlic cream cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 800 g young spinach
  • 1 Onion
  • 5 large leaves of wild garlic (approx. 9 g)
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS lactose-free butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 100 g lactose-free cream cheese
  • 200 g lactose-free whipped cream

Directions

    Wash the spinach, sort and drain. Peel and slice the onion. Wash wild garlic, cut into fine strips. Prepare spaghetti according to instructions on the packet. Meanwhile melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan.

    Keep warm in the oven. Wash the meat, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tsp. oil in a frying pan. Fry meat for about 4 minutes, turning. 1 teaspoon ÖFor the dressing mix 6 tbsp vinegar with 2 tbsp lime juice and 2 tbsp honey. Fold in 5-6 tablespoons of oil. Season dressing with salt and pepper. Heat up in a large saucepan.

    Mix cream cheese and cream in the frying fat, add wild garlic and heat up. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange spinach, spaghetti and sauce on plates.
