Heat the butter in a large pan and fry the potato noodles in it in portions for about 10 minutes. Peel, wash and chop the carrots. Peel and slice the onions. Wash the smoked pork, dab dry and dice.
Season the potato noodles with salt and nutmeg, remove and keep warm. Heat the oil in the frying fat. Fry carrots, onions and meat for about 10 minutes. Season with pepper.
