Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 100 g Schmand
  • 100 g Salad mayonnaise (75 % fat)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Chilli sauce for chicken
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) very small mushrooms

Directions

    Boil the eggs hard for about 10 minutes, quench, peel and cut into pieces. Mix yoghurt, sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in chili sauce, season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the chives and cut into fine rolls. Drain mushrooms on a sieve. Stir eggs, mushrooms and chives into the sauce
