Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Clean or peel and wash the soup greens and cut them into cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat for about 15 minutes while turning it.
Add the vegetables and continue to fry for about 5 minutes. Dust with flour and mix. Add red wine and 1 litre of water. Add laurel, soy sauce, pepper and jam. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Season goulash with soy sauce to taste. Arrange noodles and goulash.
