Spicy noodle pan with bacon

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g wavy ribbon noodles (e.g. pappardelle)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 100 g Hazelnut kernels with skin
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2-3 stem(s) flat leaf parsley

Directions

    Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Dice bacon finely. Coarsely chop nuts. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Heat oil in a pan and fry bacon until crispy. Add garlic and nuts and also fry.

    Remove everything from the pan and put aside. Drain the pasta and fry briefly in the bacon fat. Add the bacon mixture and fold in. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop finely, except for a little bit for garnishing. Sprinkle pasta pan with parsley and garnish
