  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 g Leeks (leek)
  • 2 dried apricots
  • 50 g fettred. Ham Sausage
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 200 g Sauerkraut
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Caraway seeds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
