Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 6-8 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water, drain and let cool. In the meantime, quarter the peppers, clean, wash and cut into small cubes.
Peel the skin off the sausage, cut the sausage into strips. For the sauce, wash the herbs, dab dry, set aside some chervil and parsley for garnishing. Cut chives into small rolls, put some aside for garnishing.
Mash the rest of the chervil and parsley with salad cream, yoghurt and vinegar. Stir in chives and season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix all salad ingredients with the sauce and arrange on plates.
Sprinkle with chives and garnish with chervil and parsley.
