Clean, wash and cut the savoy cabbage into strips. Heat the fat and sauté the savoy cabbage in it, turning. Deglaze with stock, add bay leaves and bring to the boil. Meanwhile clean and wash the tomatoes and cut out the stalk.
Cut the tomatoes into slices. Add tomatoes and noodles to the stock. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add the cocktail sausages 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
