Pour the milk, cream and advocaat into a narrow, tall mixing bowl. Add cream powder and mix with the whisks of the hand mixer only at the lowest setting. Then whip at highest setting for approx. 3 minutes until creamy
If necessary, fill the cream into a piping bag (large perforated spout) and squirt it onto 4 small plates or spread it with a spoon. Keep cool until serving
Wash, clean and drain the strawberries. Cut the strawberries in half and serve with the cream. Decorate with mint and dust with icing sugar
