Wash the chicken filet and pat dry. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the chicken filet for 5 minutes on each side. Take it out, season with salt and pepper and let it cool down. Clean and wash the iceberg lettuce, drain well and cut into large pieces.
Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Drain the apricots on a sieve. (Collect the juice and use it elsewhere.) Mix yoghurt and lemon juice. Season with salt, green pepper and 1 pinch of sugar.
Cut the chicken filets into slices. Mix salad, strawberries, apricots and chicken and place in a large bowl. Add yoghurt sauce extra.
