Strawberry and elderberry sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 300
  • 300 g Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Icing sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Elderflower syrup

Directions

    Wash, clean or defrost the strawberries. Finely puree the strawberries, icing sugar and elderflower syrup. Season the sauce with 1 tbsp. syrup if necessary. Pour into a clean bottle and close.

    Keeps refrigerated for 2-3 days.
