Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 140 g Sugar
  • 75 g Flour
  • 75 g Cornstarch
  • 2 TEASPOONS Baking Powder
  • 6 sheets white gelatine
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 100 g red currant jelly
  • 300 g Strawberries
  • 500 g Whipped cream
  • baking paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Put in a cool place for about 2 hours. Whip the cream until stiff. Gradually add the sugar. Remove the cake from the edge of the springform pan. Dust the surface evenly with cocoa. Pour the cream into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout and decorate the cake with cream tuffs.

    Tip: Freeze biscuit remains and use for Triffle
