Wash the strawberries and put 2-4 strawberries aside. Clean the remaining berries and cut 150 g into round slices. Puree 100 g strawberries and milk. Whip egg yolks and sugar until light and creamy. Stir in mascarpone.
Whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold into the mascarpone mixture.
Cut the lady fingers into pieces (depending on the size of the jars). Put half of the lady fingers at the bottom of the 4 glasses (each with a capacity of approx. 200 ml) and sprinkle 1-2 tbsp. strawberry milk on each.
Put half of the cream on top and cover with the strawberry slices. Layer the remaining lady fingers, strawberry milk and cream. Cover the cream with foil and chill for at least 1 hour. Cut the remaining strawberries in half.
Decorate cream with strawberry halves and serve immediately.
