Strohwitwer bread with fried egg

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 glass (125 g) 'Pure early carrots' (e.g. from Hipp)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 1 washer farmhouse bread
  • 2 Eggs
  • 0?$? Chive straws

Directions

    Season carrots with salt and Sambal Oelek. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan. Roast the bread in it for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown and take it out. Heat 1 tbsp. butter in the frying fat. Beat in the eggs one by one.

    Fry them over easy. Season with salt and pepper.

    Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Spread bread with the carrot mix and arrange fried eggs on top. Sprinkle with chives.
