Mix eggs, flour, fat, 1 tablespoon sugar and salt. Add milk bit by bit. Let the dough swell for about 1/2 hour. Coat a coated small pan with oil and heat it up.
Bake 4 crépes from the dough one after the other, keep warm. Mix apple sauce and Calvados. Fill the crépes with the mixture and fold them up. Roast the almonds in a dry pan. Mix the remaining sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle the almonds over the crépes.
