Ingredients

  • 100 g Breakfast bacon in fine strips
  • 1/2 Head picking salad
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 red and yellow pepper
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 400 g Paprika curd
  • 1 (approx. 450 g) round flat bread with sesame
  • 7-10 Tbsp Paprika powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Skip the bacon in a pan. Remove and drain on kitchen paper. Clean the salad, wash and shake dry. Clean tomatoes, wash and slice. Clean and wash peppers and spring onions.

    Dice the peppers. Cut spring onions into fine rings. Stir paprika quark until smooth. Cut flat bread in half horizontally, cover the bottom half with lettuce and then with tomatoes. Then spread the paprika quark on the tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.

    Spread the paprika cubes and bacon evenly on top. Cover with the top half of the bread.
