Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 12 grotere champignons
  • 3 Stem(s) Chervil
  • 2 discs (approx. 60 g) gammon
  • 8 Walnut kernel halves
  • 150 g creamy cream cheese with herbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice

Directions

    Cleaning mushrooms, cleaning. Unscrew the stems and cut them into small pieces. Wash chervil, shake dry and chop the leaves of 2 stems. Finely dice the ham. Roast walnuts in a pan without fat. Remove from the pan, let it cool down a little and chop coarsely

    Mix cream cheese, ham, chopped chervil, walnuts and mushroom stems and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Pour the mixture into the mushroom heads, arrange on plates and garnish with chervil
