Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel cucumbers, halve lengthwise, remove seeds and dice coarsely. Take off about 150 ml pasta water. Drain noodles, quench and drain.
Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Wash herbs, shake dry and chop finely. Mix everything with pasta water, oil, vinegar, noodles, tomatoes and cucumber. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Leave to infuse for at least 30 minutes. Season again with salt and pepper.
