Chop 25 g dark chocolate and melt in a hot water bath. Dip 8 mini marshmallows, each half dipped in chocolate, and allow to dry. Moisten the remaining 8 mini-marshmallows slightly. Roll them in 1 tablespoon of red sugar and let them dry.
Combine 1 red sugar marshmallow and 1 chocolate marshmallow with a dab of chocolate, allow to dry.
For the hot chocolate, break 125 g dark chocolate and 75 g whole milk chocolate into pieces and briefly bring 600 ml whole milk to the boil. Remove from the stove. Add 50 g baking cocoa, chocolate and 75 g sugar.
Melt while stirring. Pour 1 litre of hot chocolate into cups. Add 8 tablespoons of whipped cream. Put Santa's boots inside.
