Carefully mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until an even dough is formed.
Add the water slowly at the end so that the dough does not become too moist.
Put the dough into a greased box form (length: 20 cm, optionally a round springform pan with a hole) and let it stand in a warm place covered with a damp tea towel until the dough quantity has doubled.
Bake the whole thing in the oven at 180 degrees for one hour until golden brown!
