Cut the sausage into slices. Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Spread sausage and potatoes on an oiled baking tray. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes
Clean, wash and cut the peppers into short strips. Leek onions clean, wash and cut into small rolls. Clean, wash and shake the salad dry. Wash, clean and cut the chilli peppers into fine rings
Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Mix lime juice, salt, chilli and garlic. Add oil drop by drop while stirring
Let the sausage and potatoes cool slightly. Mix the prepared ingredients, season with salt and pepper and serve
