Wash the basil and rosemary and dab dry. Remove leaves or needles. Cut half of the basil and rosemary finely. Mix butter with finely chopped herbs, salt and pepper.
Form herb butter into a roll with the help of aluminium foil, wrap in aluminium foil, chill. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to instructions on the packet. Boil eggs for about 10 minutes until hard. In the meantime, drain the corn in a sieve.
Clean, wash and cut radishes into eighths. Wash and clean the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and cut into slices. Fry bacon in a pan until crispy, remove and drain on kitchen paper.
Quench the eggs, peel them and chop them roughly. Pour the pasta into a sieve and rinse with cold water. For the dressing, quarter the peppers, clean, wash and chop them. Cut gherkins into small pieces as well. Puree the paprika, gherkins, mayonnaise, cream and ketchup in the universal chopper.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the meat, dab dry and season with salt. Brush the grill pan with oil, heat it up very much. Add meat and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side. In the meantime cut the bacon slices in half.
Mix pasta, corn, eggs, radishes, cucumber, bacon and dressing. Take out the meat and let it rest for a short time in aluminium foil. Season meat with pepper and cut into slices. Arrange salad and meat on plates.
Cut the herb butter into slices and arrange on the meat. Garnish with remaining basil.
