Tagliatelle with spicy pesto

Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Sesame seed
  • 1 TABLESPOON Pine nuts
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek
  • 80 g Tagliatelle noodles
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) big tomato

Directions

    Peel and coarsely chop the garlic. Heat the oil, sauté the garlic, add the sesame seeds and pine nuts and fry briefly. Let everything cool down. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop coarsely.

    Mix the garlic mixture with frying oil and parsley in the universal chopper to make a pesto. Season with salt and Sambal Oelek. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Wash, clean and halve the tomato.

    Cut into thin slices and season with salt. Drain the pasta, drain and mix with pesto and tomatoes.
