Ingredients

  • 2 Kiwis (about 300 g)
  • 1/4 (approx. 400 g) Pineapple
  • 1 (approx. 400 g) Mango
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) Orange
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) Grapefruit
  • 1 (approx. 500 g) Pomegranate
  • 75 g Physalis
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) Banana
  • 2 (approx. 400 g) Apples
  • 25 g Walnut kernels

Directions

    Peel the kiwis, quarter them lengthwise and cut into slices. Peel pineapple, remove stalk and cut into pieces. Cut the mango from the stone. Peel flesh, cut into thin slices, halve slices.

    Peel the orange and grapefruit so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins. Squeeze the juice out of the parting skins and collect it. Cut the pomegranate in half horizontally, knock the seeds out of the skin with a spoon.

    Remove the physalis from the shell, wash and possibly halve it. Peel and slice the banana. Wash apples, grate dry, cut into eighths and remove the core. Cut eighths into slices.

    Halve nut halves if necessary, mix with fruit and juice. Arrange fruit salad in bowls.
