Cut the ham into cubes. Spread slices of bread with 10 g butter each, spread diced ham on top. Grind pepper on top and arrange on plates. Melt 20 g butter in a pan.
Beat 4 eggs one after the other and carefully slide them into the pan. Fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes. (Use a spatula to pull the egg whites over the yolks) Season with salt and pepper and place on the ham sandwiches.
Sprinkle with parsley.
