Ingredients

  • 250 g QimiQ
  • 125 g Mascarpone
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Instant coffee powder
  • 250 g Cream, whipped
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 Pkg Vanillezucker
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Amaretto
  • 40 pcs. Ladyfingers
  • 125 ml Coffee
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Rum
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocoa powder to sprinkle

Directions

    For the cream, whisk QimiQ smooth Add the mascarpone, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, instant coffee powder and Amaretto and mix well Then fold in the whipped cream

    Mix cold coffee with rum. Briefly dip the lady fingers into the coffee and rum mixture and place them in layers in a bowl with the cream. Finish with the cream.

    Let the tiramisu soak in the refrigerator for about 3 hours (preferably overnight). Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving.
