Wash the pork tenderloin, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Wrap with bacon. Heat oil in a large, coated pan. Fry pork fillet for about 5 minutes while turning. Finish cooking in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 12 minutes
Peel onions and cut them into rings. Cut the tomatoes into 6 slices each. Wash basil, shake dry and remove leaves. Toast the toast halves and spread with 1 1/2 tbsp. cream cheese each. Cover with onion rings, some basil and 3 slices of tomato. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut pork fillet into approx. 12 slices. Put 3 slices on each toastie. Place 1 slice of Gouda on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) with the upper halves of the toastie for about 5 minutes. Remove, sprinkle with coloured pepper and garnish with basil leaves
