Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Pine nuts
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 2 Parmak sucuk sausages (Turkish garlic sausage; approx. 100 g each; alternatively Kabanossi)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 (400 g) Roll of fresh pizza dough
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 150 g Feta
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS good olive oil to drizzle on
  • baking paper

Directions

  1. 1

Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Roast pine nuts in a pan without fat until golden brown. Take them out. Wash and coarsely dice the tomatoes. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings.

  2. 2

Remove the sausages from the skin, quarter them lengthwise and cut them into pieces.

  3. 3

Line a baking tray with baking paper and dust lightly with flour. Unroll the pizza dough together with the baking paper supplied and place it on the baking tray. Cover dough with tomatoes, spring onions, sausage and pine nuts.

  4. 4

Season with a little salt and pepper. Crumble feta over it. Roll up the pizza dough from the long side. Remove the baking paper supplied. Cut the dough roll several times on one long side, but do not cut through.

  5. 5

Place the roll with the cut sides facing outwards to form a ring and press the ends together slightly. Dust the ring lightly with flour.

  6. 6

Bake in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes. Remove the pizza ring and sprinkle with oil. Crème fraîche tastes good with it.
