Prepare tortellini in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel onions and garlic and cut into pieces. Drain the kidney beans in a sieve.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan. Fry the minced meat for approx. 5 minutes while turning it until it is crumbly and take it out. If necessary, add another 1 tablespoon of oil to the frying set. Fry onions and garlic for 4-5 minutes at medium heat.
Dust with cumin and chilli and sauté briefly. Add stock and tomatoes, bring to the boil and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Pour tortellini into a sieve and drain.
Add the minced meat, tortellini and kidney beans to the sauce about 4 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Season stew with salt, sugar and pepper. Wash coriander, shake dry and remove leaves. Pour tortellini stew into bowls and sprinkle with coriander.
