Tramezzini tower with rosé ham

Ingredients

Servings: 16
  • 1–2 stalks of celery
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1 small sour apple
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 6 leaves Iceberg lettuce
  • 250 g French rosé ham in slices
  • 12 discs Sandwich toast
  • 16 wooden skewers

Directions

    Clean, wash and finely dice the celery. Wash chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Wash apple, grate roughly from the core and mix immediately with lemon juice. Stir the celery, chives and apple into the mayonnaise.

    Season to taste with curry, salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar.

    Wash lettuce leaves, dab dry and pluck smaller. Cut ham slices smaller if necessary.

    Spread all toast slices with 1 tablespoon curry cream each. Spread salad and ham on 8 slices of toast. Place 2 toast slices on top of each other with the topping facing upwards. Place the remaining slices of toast on top with the topping facing downwards and press on.

    Cut off the edges of the bread. Cut toast towers into 4 squares and stick together with 1 wooden skewer each.
