Turbo tortelloni with zucchini from the tray

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 150 g sliced boiled ham
  • 1 (approx. 350 g) Courgette
  • 300 g Whipped cream
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 100 g Herb cream cheese
  • 100 g grated Emmental
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 800 g Tortelloni with spinach-ricotta filling (refrigerator)

Directions

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Grease baking tray. Cut ham into strips. Clean and wash the zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and cut into thick slices.

    Mix cream, milk, cream cheese and Emmental. Season vigorously with salt and pepper.

    Mix tortelloni, ham, zucchini and cheese cream. Spread on the tray. Bake in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes. After about 10 minutes stir carefully once.
