Peel and wash the potatoes and cook them in salted water for about 20 minutes. Peel, wash and chop the vegetables. Cook in 100 ml water with broth for about 8 minutes
Cut the meat into strips. Fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes, season. Add the vegetables with the stock. Stir in cream and season. Drain potatoes. Arrange everything, sprinkle with parsley
