Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 500 g Curd (40% fat)
  • 3 (150 g each) Mug of whole milk yoghurt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash, halve, core and grate the cucumber. Peel garlic, press it through the garlic press or dice it finely. Mix quark and yoghurt. Add cucumber, garlic and olive oil.

    Season to taste with vinegar, salt and pepper.
