Ingredients

  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 200 g Schmand
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Mix yoghurt and sour cream. Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash and coarsely grate the cucumber, clean, wash and drain the radishes and cut them into fine sticks. Add cucumber, radishes and garlic to the yoghurt. Season to taste with salt, pepper and olive oil
