Clean the broccoli and divide into small florets. Peel and wash the carrots and cut out narrow wedges all around. Cut the carrots into thin slices. Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. Bring the broth to the boil and cook the broccoli for 5 minutes.
Add carrot slices and simmer for another 5 minutes. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Drain noodles and add to the soup. Season with salt, pepper and nut oil. Serve sprinkled with chives
