Clean or peel and wash broccoli and carrots. Divide broccoli into small florets, peel and dice thick stems. Cut carrots into slices at an angle. Peel and finely dice the onion. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Press the sausage meat as dumplings directly from the skin into the hot oil. Fry until crispy for about 5 minutes
Add the onion and fry briefly. Add broccoli and carrots to the pan and bring to the boil with broth and cream. Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes. Stir in sauce thickener and cook for another 1 minute. Drain the pasta and mix in. Season to taste
