Wash the fillet. Clean and wash the vegetables. Cut beans and peppers into small pieces, zucchini into slices. Peel and quarter potatoes. Heat oil in a pot. Fry the fillet briefly on both sides, season with salt and pepper.
Add the remaining prepared ingredients, fill up with stock and bring to the boil. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes. Season to taste again before serving. Wash the chives, cut them into small rolls and sprinkle over them.
