Remove the pistachio kernels from the shells and chop them coarsely. Wash the cucumber, peel if necessary and cut into cubes of about 1 cm. Cut melon into slices. Cut the flesh from the skin, possibly remove the seeds and cut into slightly larger cubes. Dice the feta. Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash the herbs, shake dry, remove the leaves and chop finely.
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic. Fold in the oil. Mix with the prepared ingredients and serve. Eat the baguette with it.
