  • 2 TABLESPOONS (à 20 g) Cream cheese with yoghurt (13,5 % fat absolute)
  • 1 tsp (8 g) Horseradish
  • 1 washer (40 g) Wholemeal bread
  • 3 discs (10 g each) Salmon ham (without fat edge)
  • 1/4 Beet Cress

Directions

    Mix cream cheese and horseradish and spread on the bread. Cover with salmon ham. Cut cress from the bed with scissors, rinse, shake dry and sprinkle on the bread.
