Wholemeal rolls with cream cheese and orange filets

Ingredients

  • 1 Orange
  • 75 g Cream cheese (21 % fat in dry matter)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 stem(s) Peppermint
  • 2 Wholemeal bread roll

Directions

    Peel the orange, removing the white skin with it. Remove the fillets between the parting skins, catching the juice. Season cream cheese with salt, pepper and orange juice. Wash mint, shake dry and cut into strips

    Cut the buns in half. Spread the lower halves with cream cheese, cover with orange filets and sprinkle with mint
