Wraps with tender ham and mango chutney

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Carrots (approx. 200 g)
  • 2 Mini Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 TEASPOON pink berries
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Mango Chutney (glass)
  • 4 (approx. 270 g; 20 cm Ø) Wheat wraps
  • 150 g thin slice of ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sandwich paper

Directions

    Peel, wash and roughly grate the carrots. Clean, wash, peel leaves and spin dry. Crush pink berries in a mortar. Mix with chutney.

    Heat the wraps in a pan without fat for 30 seconds one after the other, turning once. Spread the chutney on the wraps, leaving a 3-4 cm wide rim free. Then cover with lettuce leaves, carrots and cold cuts.

    Turn in sides. Roll up wraps and cut them in half diagonally. Wrap the ends with a piece of parchment paper.
