Peel, wash and roughly grate the carrots. Clean, wash, peel leaves and spin dry. Crush pink berries in a mortar. Mix with chutney.
Heat the wraps in a pan without fat for 30 seconds one after the other, turning once. Spread the chutney on the wraps, leaving a 3-4 cm wide rim free. Then cover with lettuce leaves, carrots and cold cuts.
Turn in sides. Roll up wraps and cut them in half diagonally. Wrap the ends with a piece of parchment paper.
